Our Commitment to Your Home
Warranty Overview
Most projects include a one-year workmanship warranty for fit and finish and a longer structural warranty for load-bearing elements; manufacturers cover appliances and equipment. We’ll confirm terms in your contract and provide contact details for future service.
Walkthroughs & Scheduled Follow-Ups
We complete a detailed final walkthrough and punch list at handover, then schedule a check-in after move-in and a one-year review to address settling items like drywall or door adjustments.
What’s Covered vs. Maintenance
Warranty items address defects in materials or workmanship within the coverage period; normal wear, owner damage, and routine maintenance are not covered. We’ll share care tips so finishes and systems perform as designed.
How to Request Service
If something isn’t performing as expected, contact our office with a brief description and photos. We’ll schedule an assessment and coordinate the right trade to resolve the issue quickly.
Beyond the Warranty
Even after coverage ends, clients often reach out for advice on upgrades or future projects. Monroe Construction is happy to help with planning, referrals, and next steps.
